Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be returned in original packaging where possible
Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable situations

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after the return is received and inspected for the refund to appear.
